11/03/2008 - Battleroar on stage
We are proud to announce that Battleroar will participate in Keep it True X fest in Germany, on the 4th of April. Furthermore, Battleroar will appear on Up the Hammers fest in Athens on the 12th of April.
New concert dates in April concerning 2 more European countries will be announced pretty soon.

10/03/2008 - Pre-release party
We have a special event for all the members of our fan club, "Swordbrothers". On Saturday the 15th of March in Texas club ( 56, Ippokratous Str.) we will present in a pre-release party the new album to our fan club members. Starting time at 21:30hrs.
Please note that this event is addressed only to the Swordbrothers Fan Club members.
If anyone that is not yet a member wishes to attend this event, he can join the fan club before the event starts.

15/02/2008 - The new album is ready!!!
Finally the recordings, mixing and mastering of the new album are done! Although we had to confront many "studio demons" the result is killer. Hopefully the new album will be out on early April.

22/01/2008 - Recording the new album
Hail to all!!!
Since many of you are asking the status of the band concerning the new album here is a small update.
We have finally started the recordings for the new album "To Death And Beyond" on early January with a new producer, John Boulamakis. The drums are already recorded and we are really happy with the result. Nick and John have done a hell of a work!!!
Now we are in the middle of recording bass and rhythm guitars and so far things are perfect!! Hopefully all the recordings will be finished by the end of this month.
We will keep you posted on any news!

Battleroar will appear on stage in Heraklion - Creta in a festival including Brocas Helm and many other Greek bands on Saturday 01/12/2007.

16/10/2007 - New Record Deal
Battleroar are proud to announce their collaboration with Cruz del Sur music. The new album is scheduled to be released within March-April 2008.
We will keep you posted for any further news on the new album.

14/10/2007 - Battleroar Live at 21/10/2008
We are honored to participate at a festival that will be held in favor of all the people that were harmed by the summer fires. This festival is organized by the Greek Metal Hammer and will be held in Fuzz Club, in order to raise funds for the people that went through this hellish situation during the summer.

11/5/2007 - Battleroar to support Amon Amarth

Battleroar are proud to announce their participation as the only support act to Amon Amarth's concert in Greece. The show will be held in Gagarin205 live scene on the 31st of May 2007. Doors open at 19:30. Be there for a real epic metal holocaust for all tastes!!

24/3/2007 - Battleroar are proud to announce their appearance at March Metal Day

A one-day metal festival opens its gates in Athens on Wednesday the 4th of April 2007: March Metal Day! The festival will take place in 2 stages. On the Wizard's stage you will find Inactive Messiah, W.E.B, Crossover, Universe 217, Emerald Sun and the Serbian band George David & Gang, while Dutch symphonic metal EPICA will follow and headlining the whole stage are Sweden's gothic metal TIAMAT. The Warrior’s Stage features Italy’s RHAPSODY and will be headlined by MANOWAR plus BATTLEROAR and Innerwish! See you there!

28/10/2006 - 2 Festival appearences confirmed for 2007

Battleroar will play at the first edition of the Italian "Play it loud" festival and headline the warm up show of the Greek "Up the hammers" Festival. In the meantime we started working on new songs for the upcoming album and negotiating a new contract with labels.

Hail. It seems that the Manowar concert has been once again postponed for next March. The billing so far remains the same. Concerning the other gigs with Omen and Bonfire check the "on stage" link.

12/06/2006 - Battleroar to record Manilla road cover for upcoming tribute.

Up the hammers Swordbrothers! Battleroar are proud to announce that we will take part in the upcoming tribute to, the one and only, Manilla road. Recordings will take place late June and the label to release it is Solemnity music from Germany.

06/05/2006 - New Gigs announced!

Hail swordbrothers! We are happy to announce more gigs for the coming winter. First of all we will do a Greek tour with our brothers Omen and Phantom-X during September 2006 in Larissa, Thessalonica and Athens. It's been 4 years since the last time we played in Thessalonica and the first time for us in Larissa so we really look forward to that gigs. On the 8th of October we will take part at the 13th year anniversary of Texas club at Gagarin205 in Athens together with Bonfire, Mystic prophecy and Holocaust and as we already said in previous update on 25th of November at the Olympic fencing center with Manowar, Rhapsody, Holy hell and Inner wish. It seems it's going to be a very hot winter!

25/03/06 - End of the tour!

Hail to all! The second part of our tour has ended, again with a huge success. Once again, hail to all the guys that helped us out on this one. We owe you guys. We will be uploading some photos and videos from the tour in the days to come. We just needed some time off after the tour to get ourselves together, so, keep in touch.
As you all must know by now, the Manowar festival was postponed for November due to Logan's accident. We were informed that the billing will be more or less the same and that we will be playing this fest. Let's hope that no other accident will be suffered by any band's member...

17/01/06 - The 1st part of European tour has ended with a huge success!

Hail everyone. The first part of our European tour has ended with a huge success. We got back full of memories and experiences that we will never forget. A mighty hail to all the people that helped these events to come true! You guys rule!

Dynamo is finally the place we will play in Netherlands the 15th of january 2006. The Club is located in Eindhoven and its one of the most legendary metal venues around europe. A mighty hail to powervice for helping us with this one and sharing the stage that night!

15/10/05 - Battleroar live in Athens on 3rd December 2005

We are proud to announce our first gig in Greece after the release of the new album "Age of chaos"!
The gig will take place at Underworld club in the 3rd of December 2005. Ticket price is 15 euros and opening bands will be Old Season from Ireland and the great newcomers from Greece Wrathblade.

21/09/05 - Back from the SWORDBROTHERS Festival

Hails! We are back from the swordbrothers festival held on Saturday the 17th of October.
Cheers to Volker Raabe for the exceptional organization!! We had a great time and also the crowd really enjoyed our show. All in all, it was a hell of a weekend!! In a month's time or so, the new album will be out including 10 songs. Here is the tracklist:

11/08/05 - Recordings for the "AGE OF CHAOS"

Cheers evrybody!!! Finally all the recordings for the new album are finished.
The recordings in Italy was a great experience for us since working with a producer like Alex Festa is a hell of a thing! The album will most likely be out on the end of October 2006.

27/07/05 - Recordings in Greece have ended!

Hail to all!!! Finally we are done with all the recordings we had to do in Greece. All drums, bass guitars, acoustic guitars, keyboards and violins are finally finished.
At this point we would like to thank all the guys from Studio 222 for giving out the best they could, since working with Battleroar is not the easiest thing on earth!! We also want to thank Mark Cross for his support, technical knowledge and all the help he contributed during the drum recordings. A big thank you to Bob Katsionis for all the parts he recorded! A mighty hail to Alex Papadiamantis for delivering majestic violin tunes and melodies!!!
More details and a thorough update will soon be posted after we finish all the recordings for the album in August.

21/07/05 - Bass recordings completed!

Hail. The bass recordings have ended and Kostas left the studio with a smoking bass!!! So we have now a quite solid rhythm section! Everything is rolling quite good and we are now ready to fly over to Italy where the guitars and vocals will be recorded. We’ll keep you updated before we leave for Italy.

28/06/05 - The drum recordings have ended!

Hails! Here is a small update! The drum recordings have ended on Sunday the 26th. Nick and Mark Cross have done an amazing job!!! The overall outcome is killer! Now the bass recordings are about to begin in less than a couple of weeks' time. We'll keep you posted! Cheers.

21/06/05 - Forthcoming album

Hail guys, it’s been quite a long time that you have read any news on the band. Here is a small update.
Right now as we speak, the drum parts are being recorded for the forthcoming album with the helping hand of Mark Cross ( Helloween, Metallium etc.) who is the drum technician and producer. His vast experience is really of a great help since everything is being made the professional way and so far the result is more than great!!!!! In the next couple of days, all the drum parts will be finished and the bass recordings will hopefully start at early July. Stay tuned for a new update that will follow pretty soon. Cheers!

16/04/05 - Battleroar will appear on swordbrothers Festival 2005

Another Battleroar's live performance in Germany is confirmed! This will be the first time to play songs from the upcoming album that will be recorded during this summer. The festival will take place in Adnrenach, for more info check out www.swordbrothers.de or see the poster.

01/12/2004 - Battleroar live on 9th January 2005.

Hail, on Sunday the 9th of January 2005 Battleroar will appear on the "AN club" stage along with Inner Wish. The concert will be supported by the Italian heavy metal band Valkija. This will be Battleroar's last gig before entering the studio to record their new album. The fans will have the chance to listen to songs that were never performed live before, some of which will be included in the forthcoming album!

We are back from the HOA. It has been an incredible experience for all of us. The festival area is out of any man's imagination, the people we met awesome and the reaction of the crowd unbelievable.
